Responsibilities

To wash dishes and perform cleaning duties throughout the restaurant; maintain all kitchen sanitation requirements; complete required documentation; and ensure efficient food service operations in accordance with all applicable guidelines

• Wash and sanitize dishware, equipment, and food preparation areas and maintain ongoing, regular sanitation and health standards on a daily basis
• Participate in workgroups, and trainings as assigned, including food handler and certified food manager training
• Perform other duties as assigned
