Excellent customer service skills A valid driver's license and ability to be insured under the company's insurance policy (at least 21 years of age and valid driver license for at least 3 years with no major violations) Experience in the athletics Targeted youth professional onboarding in your first 90 days. This includes programming from our partnership with the Denver Afterschool Alliance and the SEAL Initiative. Accordingly, the ability to use a variety of equipment including janitorial and office equipment is required. The job requires the ability to stand for extended periods, kneel, reach, bend, and lift objects weighing in excess of 25 lbs. Outdoor work and moderate physically demanding activities may be required on occasion. Strong English proficiency is required for this position to ensure effective communications with staff, Club members, and families, as well as to follow safety and procedural guidelines accurately.

The Club is seeking a creative and highly motivated candidate passionate about creating positive and supportive relationships with youth to serve in the role of Youth Development Specialist . The Youth Development Specialist plans, supervises, and implements a variety of high-yield activities and targeted programs revolving around these core areas : athletics, cultural arts, STEM, and education.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- One year experience directly serving youth
