Overview

Manager, Ads & Promotions Analytics - Strategy & Operations at DoorDash. The Advertising & Promotions team operates at the intersection of e-commerce and advertising, surfacing and monetizing relevant content that benefits our core audiences. This role will be responsible for managing the team that supports Restaurant Advertisers on business insights and marketing analytics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Management / Sales teams to improve the current delivery framework for marketing recommendations, customer insights, and media optimizations, with the goal of enabling CPG and Restaurant advertisers to grow their businesses with DoorDash’s marketing products.
• Create case studies, benchmarks, and content as new advertisers onboard and drive product adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Sales, Marketing and Product to drive DoorDash’s CPG / Restaurants Insights roadmap, including launching new analytic capabilities.
• As a people manager, manage a team of Insights S&O Leads to deliver impactful and error-free reporting, analysis, and marketing opportunities for CPG and Restaurant clients.

Qualifications

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary is localized according to work location. The national base pay range for this position within the United States is $136,000—$200,000 USD. Compensation includes opportunities for equity grants. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) with employer matching, 16 weeks of paid parental leave, wellness benefits, commuter benefits match, paid time off and paid sick leave in compliance with applicable laws, disability and basic life insurance, family-forming assistance, and a mental health program.
