Providence Medical Group is searching for a full-time OB / GYN physician to become a key player in our dynamic team! With the fantastic support of our midwifery service and the OB Hospitalist program at Queen of the Valley Hospital, you'll be practicing in the beautiful Napa Valley, surrounded by stunning vineyards and breathtaking landscapes in the heart of wine country. As our new physician, you'll dive into OB hospitalist coverage while also caring for general OB / GYN patients in a conveniently located office right next to the hospital. THE VALUE OF WORKING WITH US :

• Shift-based schedule with consistent hours
• Monday – Friday
• Full – time position
• 7 – 10 call days per month
• Mix of inpatient and outpatient care
• Competitive compensation with a 2-year salary guarantee, comprehensive benefits package and 5-6 weeks per year of time away from practice from vacation / holiday / CME time
• Shareholder track opportunity starting in year 3 with additional perks and annual bonuses worth more than $1M over the course of a full career

• Residency / fellowship stipend up to $2,000 per month and robust student loan repayment program up to $120,000 available for qualifying candidates
• Compensation is between $373,125 and $408,125 per year

The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital / ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, a CME allowance and other benefits offered by the medical group. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
