Job Description
As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a welcoming environment. Your presence will help to promote a secure atmosphere for employees and visitors, while you provide outstanding customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergency situations as appropriate.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.Monitor and report any unusual activity, security-related hazards, or maintenance concerns within the food and beverage production environment.Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and / or contractors regarding security-related matters.Assist with access control by verifying credentials and monitoring entry and exit points as required by site procedures.Document incidents and observations according to Allied Universal and client protocols.What We're Looking For

Must be at least 21 years of age.Customer service experience is preferred.Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us
