The Demand Planner is a key leader in the S&OP process, responsible for delivering accurate demand plans and driving alignment across Sales, Supply, and Finance. This role combines advanced analytical skills with strong facilitation and leadership capabilities to influence decisions at all levels, including senior leadership. You will own the demand planning process, champion best practices, and ensure that demand signals translate into actionable supply chain strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve statistical forecasting models; deliver a robust rolling demand plan across short-, mid-, and long-term horizons.
• Monitor and improve forecast KPIs (MAPE, Bias, FVA) through structured root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Perform advanced demand segmentation (ABC / XYZ), scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Translate demand scenarios into monetized outcomes with Finance (impact on revenue, margin, and working capital).

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. If hired, employees will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department / team performance, and market factors. The pay range for this position is expected to be between $70,400.00 - $128,400.00. The total compensation package for this position will also include annual bonus.
