Software Engineering Manager

Genesis10 is seeking a Software Engineering Manager role.

This is a direct hire role, with a eCommerce company, hybrid (Tuesday-Thursday in office) in Milwaukee, WI.

Responsibilities : Internal customer applications; product-focused, solving business problems and driving efficiency through AI.

Build, grow, and lead a team of technology and engineering professionals.

Deliver software programs on-tine and on-budget with high quality.

Understand the business environment and align project goals and team to deliver on business outcomes.

Prioritize efforts to reduce operational load, merge, and eliminate projects that do not align with business goals, and align team around skill / focus areas for productivity.

Requirements : Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Computer Engineering 10+ years of IT and Software Engineering work experience including software design and development 5+ years of experience leading technical professionals and software development teams Experience leading in a large technology platform and / or large organization Experience with software and database concepts Strong technical experience in .NET, Web, and Mobile development as well as object-oriented design and coding skills (C++ and / or Java) Candidate must have some AI experience—ideally in using AI to improve internal apps and decision-making.

AWS, PostgreSQL, C#, VB6, React Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
