Location : Ballantyne, South Charlotte, NC

Schedule : Full time : Monday – Friday | 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM OR Part-Time : W, Th, F 8a-5p

Pay : $19 – $26 / hour

About the Role :

We are seeking a full-time Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or NCMA) to join our busy Primary Care clinic in South Charlotte. This role is perfect for a motivated, team-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced clinic environment and enjoys providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities :

Take accurate vitals (manual blood pressure) and perform medication reconciliation

Review patient medical history efficiently and accurately

Administer injections, immunizations, and assist with blood draws

Support providers during patient visits and procedures

Manage medical refills and ensure proper medication pronunciation

Maintain professionalism and contribute to a positive team environment

Work independently when needed and assist teammates during downtime

Qualifications :

CMA, RMA certification (preferred)

Previous clinic or patient care experience (open to new MAs with strong work ethic)

Strong clinical judgment, initiative, and organizational skills

Comfortable in a high-volume clinic (20 patients / day, 20-minute appointments)

Professionalism, punctuality, and a team-player mindset
