Be part of a thriving precision manufacturing team in Elk River, MN! We’re looking for experienced machinists to run single- and multi-spindle CNC machines in a clean, modern, and fast-moving facility. This role is ideal for skilled machinists who take pride in their work and want to advance with a company that values quality, precision, and craftsmanship.

Location :  Elk River, MN

Wage :  $18 – $28 / hr. (based on experience and skill level)

Hours :  Second shift : 4 : 30 pm – 3 : 00 am, Monday – Thursday

Duties of the experienced CNC machinist :

  • Set up and operate single spindle and multi spindle CNC machines
  • Monitor machining operations to ensure precision and quality
  • Utilize precision measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers
  • Make necessary adjustments to maintain production efficiency
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production goals
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

    • Requirements of the experienced CNC machinist :

  • 2+ years of machining experience required
  • Experience operating CNC equipment; setup and programming skills a plus
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to work overtime when needed
  • Dependable, safety-focused, and motivated to learn and grow
