Salary : $21-$24 DOE

Schedule : Monday - Friday 8 : 30am - 5 : 00pm

Are you someone who takes pride in creating a welcoming and well-run community? Were looking for a

reliable, self-motivated Community Manager to take the lead at one of our smaller properties.

In this hands-on role, youll be the go-to person for residents, managing everything from leasing to resident relations to ensuring the property shines. You wont be doing it alone, partner with our Maintenance Supervisor to keep things running smoothly. Together, youll be a two-person dream team!

What Youll Do :

• Manage daily operations including leasing, resident relations, rent collection, renewals, and administrative duties
• Oversee financials : stay on top of budgets, invoice accuracy, and occupancy goals
• Review rents to ensure that they are in line with rental markets
• Show available units and provide an exceptional tour experience to potential residents
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, landlord-tenant laws, and company policies
• Respond to resident questions, concerns, and service requests promptly
• Coordinate with maintenance for unit turns, inspections, and repairs
