As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Field Service Engineer to join our team and drive our relationships with hyperscale clients to new heights.

Lead Field Service Engineer :

As a Lead Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for commissioning UPS, batteries and PDU at a specified customer site following predetermined script. Provide accurate and timely communication to internal and external customers. Keep current on Safety Field Change Notices and Service Tips.

Requirements :

• 1 year of team lead experience
• 5+ years’ experience in this field and ability to follow MOPS on equipment such as UPS, batteries, PDU’s / Power Distribution Units, Static Automatic Transfer Switches, Branch Circuit Monitoring, and other electrical equipment
• Working knowledge of OHM's law and electronic theory
• 3 phase / 480v experience required
• Familiarity with electrical / electronic test equipment and fundamentals.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical line diagrams and blueprints.
• Ability to evaluate the operating conditions of equipment.
• Standard computer skills including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Clear, concise, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact comfortably with all levels of internal and external customers.
• Must have the ability and self-motivation to manage one's own schedule.
