The Application Outreach Manager is accountable for supporting the organization's EpicCare Link application and the user community. The individual is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with physicians, providers and hospitals throughout the region in order to train and on-board new users to the application and maintain customer satisfaction. Support needs may include, but are not limited to, functionality and training to support clinical, fiscal, IS, and practice management operations within the health system. Work is performed under minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct outreach visits to support end user needs and serve as the primary application support resource.
- Acquire and utilize subject matter expertise and familiarity with user groups to develop and execute strategic, tailored outreach campaigns to maximize impact and relationship development.
- Develop long-term, sustainable relationships that bring value to service lines and the health system at large by acting as a single resource to provide highly responsive and consistent support services to meet the needs of referring providers and key entities.
- Effectively manage regional territories by conducting consistent provider visits.
- Provide education and training support to end users.
- Offer and provide IT solutions to enable connectivity for community physicians.
- Recommend collateral and support materials to increase impact.
- Configure and provide fundamental functional and technical support for business and clinical user's workflows related to clinical ambulatory and community EpicCare Link and administration.
- Identify opportunities to expand application use and access in accordance with organizational strategy.
- Responsibilities may evolve to support other applications as organizational strategy evolves.
Qualifications :
Education : Requires a minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.Experience : Minimum 0-2 years' sales or marketing experience. Outside field sales with experience calling on physician's offices preferred.Language / Communication Skills :
Ability to communicate effectively and express ideas clearly both verbally and in writing in both technical and non-technical terms for users and support staff at all levels.Demonstrated experience and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Skills in facilitation and presenting to small and large audiences.Skills :
