Requirements :
- Lived experience raising a child / children with a mental / behavioral health diagnosis
- CPS Certification through the PA Certification Board is preferred
- Valid Driver's License
- State Police, FBI, and Child Abuse Clearances are required for this position and will be paid for by the agency

Responsibilities :
Provide supportive services and advocacy for parent / caregiver of participants receiving servicesWill use their own experiences to guide a parent / caregiver in all activities of daily life.Assist with teaching the parent / caregivers how to find and receive services, find resources and how to advocate for their family member.Help the parent / caregiver develop skills, confidence, and relationships within their family.Use shared decision-making with the parent / caregiver to create goals and service plans.Perform outreach activity to build the referral baseTravel will occur within Luzerne and Wyoming Counties as well as the potential for travel out of state.Hours will vary and may include non-traditional working hours, weekends, and / or holidays.Perform additional duties as assigned only connected to services under the awarded grant.Physical Requirements :
