Exciting new opening of a high end, classic yet modern Italian restaurant in Beverly Hills in December. We are in search of an Executive Chef and their team that has experience working with upscale, classic Italian food in a fine dining setting. Being Italian or having worked in Italy is a plus but not a must.
This will be this company’s first US restaurant so a chef that has done openings is key as this is a very important opening that will pave the way for future locations.
The menu will be very seasonal and product driven. The Executive Chef will be overseeing a kitchen management team consisting of a CDC and 2 sous chefs. The Executive Chef’s focus is more on the quality of the food and the guest’s experience, and the CDC will oversee most of the administrative duties such as scheduling, ordering inventory etc.
There is plenty of room for creativity within the concept.
The restaurant will seat about 250 people, so we need a chef that has experience with higher volume restaurants yet still maintain the quality and consistency demanded by the company.
Offering a starting base salary of up to $130K (DOE) for the Executive Chef.
Offering a starting base salary of up to $100K (DOE) for the CDC.
Offering a starting base salary of up to $85K (DOE) for the sous chefs.
