Position Title : Virtual Banking Representative
Reports To : Manager of Customer Service Center
Status : Hourly; Non-Exempt
Position Summary : This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to customers / clients on the telephone. This includes accounts opened online, technical support on products and services provided by the bank. This position will process lock box transactions.
Principal Responsibilities and Duties :
Supervisor Responsibilities : N / A
Education and Experience Requirements : High school graduate or equivalent required. Previous banking experience preferred. Understands Federal, State and Union State banking rules and regulations. Bank related courses strongly recommended.
Specific Skills Required : Ability to communicate, written and verbal, effectively with people both internally and externally. Must provide excellent customer service. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Ability to identify and resolve problems. Organizational and time management skills. Ability to work with all levels within the organization. Basic computer skills to include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Able to handle confidential information and positively represent the company.

System Accesses : Fiserv Precision, Fiserv Client Central, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.
Equipment Used : Office equipment which includes computer, multi-line phone system, multi-function unit, imaging scanner, etc.
Working Conditions : Work is performed in an office environment. Prolonged (90%) sitting and periodic (less than 10% of the time) physical exertion to manually move, lift, carry or push heavy objects or materials weighing up to 50 pounds; Constant and repetitive use of arms and hands below shoulder level for computer usage; This position requires the individual to perform normal office activities including, but not limited to, lifting, filing and retrieving, operating office equipment, etc. Travel between locations may be required.
