As the Surgical Services Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our surgical department, ensuring the highest standards of care and efficiency.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n

• Manage and supervise a team of 143 staff members, including 7 direct reports.\n
• Oversee the operations of 27 operating rooms.\n
• Collaborate with various departments to enhance patient care and surgical outcomes.\n
• Implement and maintain best practices in surgical procedures and patient safety.\n
