Lititz - Skilled Nursing Certified Nursing Assistant Weekend Shift

The CNA Weekend Incentive Program at Luther Acres is designed to compensate a nursing team member for committing to a rigorous regular weekend work schedule by paying a significant incentive rate of $32.00 per hour. The program requires the individual to commit to two, 12-hour shifts, and one 8-hour shift biweekly, 56 hours biweekly. This position will be regularly scheduled on weekends for a 12-hour shift. position with current availability for 7a-7p. This position has no-on call responsibilities or expectations.

WHAT YOU DO :

As a CNA at Luther Acres, you're an integral part of ensuring our residents are comfortable by monitoring their overall health and well-being. You'll do this in several ways, including :

• Serving as an important link between residents and the supervising nurse or physician.
• Talking with residents to observe their symptoms and conditions and relaying this information to the clinical care team.
• Assisting Registered and Licensed Nurses in administering treatment and care for our residents.
• Taking care of residents' day-to-day needs, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
