Job Summary
Responsible for multiple Human Resources functions and works directly with the leadership team. This role primarily supports the CXSO Sales Operations Call Center and requires demonstrated experience as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) supporting Frontline environments. Partners with leaders and employees to ensure HR strategies and initiatives are effectively implemented. Oversees the coordination of recruitment, compliance, benefits, compensation, and employee relations activities to maximize employee resources. Develops financial and operational objectives and ensures operational plans are aligned with business goals. Contributes to functional strategy development and has a significant impact on business results, typically supporting approximately 350 frontline employees in our Sales Operations team.

Compensation
This job can be performed in California, Colorado, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, and Washington with a Pay Range of $112,092.63 - $210,173.68. Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus. Additionally, Comcast provides best-in-class Benefits to eligible employees.
Education
Bachelor's Degree. While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
