We have an exciting opportunity for a Systems Engineer – Integration and Test, supporting one of our premier programs in the Space Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (SISR) business unit.  In Systems Integration and Test (SI&T) we integrate, verify, and validate our products and your knowledge with regards developing plans and procedures, debugging and evaluating system functions and interfaces, developing test environments, and working hand-in-hand with our integration teams and customers will be put to good use.

What You Will Do

• In this role, you will work with a cross-disciplinary team of engineers who are leading the industry in ground systems solutions.
• Conduct integration and test activities as a member of an Agile Release Train (ART) team
• Identify technical issues during software and hardware integration and collaborate with fellow engineers to drive solutions to closure
• Development of automated test scripts and their execution
• Troubleshooting and debugging issues
• Work in an Agile program environment

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education / training, and key skills. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
