Salary : $74,122.77 to $76,023.35 / Annually

The Assistant Director of Marketing and Communication supports the Director of Marketing & Communication for the management in planning, coordinating, and evaluating all marketing, communication, and branding efforts. This role combines hands-on execution with supervisory leadership, ensuring that marketing initiatives align with the mission, vision, and goals of the College.

Functional Responsibilities :

Brand & Campaign Strategies

• Collaborate with the Director to strengthen institutional and program-specific brand identities;
• Coordinate integrated marketing and advertising campaigns to support enrollment, retention, and advancement goals;
• Assist with external communication, public relations, and media outreach as assigned.
