Training Manager Position
The Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) is seeking highly qualified applicants for their full-time Training Manager position in the Office of Georgia Quick Start. This position is located at the TCSG Georgia Quick Start Training Center in Athens, Georgia. This is not a remote position.
Under minimal supervision and working with general guidelines, the incumbent performs duties of considerable difficulty as a Training Manager. Responsibilities include management for project training activities, assisting to maintain staffing levels, and helping with day-to-day operations of the Quick Start Athens Training Center in Athens Georgia. Duties will include staff recruitment, project budget development and implementation, purchasing, reporting systems, and oversight of contractor activities. Must be able to multi-task and manage multiple training programs simultaneously. Domestic and international travel is required.

Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering or a related field, and five years of training and development experience are required. Experience should include budget preparation and demonstrated knowledge and experience in the principles and practices of training, human resource management and project management. Excellent verbal and written communications skills are required.
