Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a sales, admissions, or customer service role, preferably in healthcare or a mission-driven environment
Proven ability to meet and exceed monthly performance or sales goals
Empathy and emotional intelligence to guide sensitive conversations
Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to evolving business needs
