We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Sales Rep / Case Manager to join our dynamic Exam & Case Acceptance department and play a pivotal role in guiding patients on their healthcare journey.

Role Overview :

As a Sales Rep / Case Manager Team Member, you will :

  • Meticulously complete new patient paperwork, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Engage in daily huddles, presenting comprehensive reports and preparing essential paperwork.
  • Provide informative office tours to new patients, making them feel comfortable and acquainted.
  • Conduct thorough new patient consultations, addressing concerns and gathering vital information.
  • Skillfully perform exam screening tests, contributing to accurate treatment planning.
  • Document crucial information during new patient exams, aiding effective decision-making.
  • Present patient financial plans in a clear and professional manner, ensuring transparency.
  • Collaborate with the team to support new patients in fulfilling agreements and fostering a patient-centric approach.
