As a Registered Nurse Case Manager , you will plan, organize, and oversee home care services with a focus on community health education and experience in nursing. Your expertise will make a difference in the lives of our patients, helping them receive the highest quality care in the comfort of their homes.

Compensation : $75 - $90 per hour, with extensive experience, compensation is negotiable and open for discussion.

What We're Looking For :

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

At least one year of experience working as an RN

Current CPR certification

Licensed driver with a reliable, insured vehicle that meets state and organizational requirements
