Key Responsibilities :
- Handle toxic tort litigation matters, including asbestos and product liability cases.
- Draft and respond to written discovery , manage depositions , and prepare for motion practice and court hearings .
- Work closely with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and conduct legal research.
- Participate in client meetings , settlement negotiations , and trial preparation .
- Stay current on legal developments in toxic tort and related areas of law.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff on case management and strategy.
