About the Team

Our Card Site plays a critical role in our acquisition funnel and decisioning. The Card's Site Platform team is seeking a Senior Product Manager who will define the strategy and deliver the capabilities to maintain the core site platform, deliver critical personalization investments across full customer journey, and lead the horizontal working team of acquisitions stakeholders contributing new experiences to the Site. As part of this role, you'll be responsible for :

• Owning the Card Site platform - the front door for customers shopping and applying for C1 credit cards
• Defining the strategy to invest in our real time data infrastructure for deeper personalization
• Leading & defining the working model for front end teams at Capital One to deliver experiences through our Site Platform in a well-managed way

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and / or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
