Responsibilities

As a Supply Chain Intern, you will assist the Supply Chain team in the procurement process. This internship offers hands-on experience in data analysis and reporting of material and inventory health, supplier communication, and process improvements of the supply chain process. The Supply Chain Intern is responsible for supporting the Supply Chain team on activities related from purchase orders to goods delivery. To succeed in this role, you need to be data driven, business-oriented, cost conscious, and customer-center. In this role, you will :

• Run daily and weekly metric reports
• Assist in expediting needed materials by working directly with suppliers to eliminate down time due to part shortages.
• Assist the Finance and Stockroom teams with invoice issues, to recognize discounted payment terms via early payment opportunities and avoid late payments.
• Assist buyers in PO preparation, maintenance, and supplier management.
• Analyze and execute open order reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve the supply chain process and drive projects to completion.

Pay Rate : $25.00
