Role Overview :

The Manager Retail Operations I directs the interaction of cross-functional groups within the location including warehouse, production plants, safety, compliance, dispatch, and administrative processes. You will be responsible for ensuring each area of the business operates efficiently and interacts effectively with the other functions.

A Sample of What You'll Do in This Role :

• Manage branch operations, including management of support personnel, operational oversight, and customer service.
• Significant time will be spent performing logistics and dispatching duties.
• Coordinate all support resources for the location to ensure compliance with Wilbur-Ellis safety, regulatory, credit, and other policies.
• Operations management oversight of the locations.
• Work and communicate with the Sales Manager and sales team to determine their needs and develop plans and actions to meet needs with appropriate operational solutions for the customers.
• Coordinate Operations support resources, including fertilizer, value-added nutrition, branded products, seed, and PPP purchasing to maximize opportunities.
• Control inventory control and coordinate inventory counts, adjustments, etc.
• Responsible for the operational P&L, communicating and coordinating with the Sales Manager on any large purchases needed for operations.
