Are you a master of bringing experiences to life? We’re looking for an Experiential Producer to join our team and lead the creation of immersive, memorable engagements—from hybrid events and live activations to interactive exhibits and custom creative concepts. Reporting to the Director of Event Production, you’ll oversee projects from concept to execution, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring every detail exceeds expectations.

What You’ll Do

As our Experiential Producer, you’ll :

  • Lead production for AV, lighting, staging, interactive elements, and all event deliverables from concept through onsite execution.
  • Provide live production direction to ensure project goals, milestones, and deliverables are met.
  • Translate project requirements into actionable plans, wireframes, and functional specifications with support from internal teams or vendors.
  • Collaborate with Account teams to craft proposals, budgets, schedules, technical specifications, talent bios, scripts, and prototypes.
  • Manage budgets for multiple deliverables within each project or program.
  • Support creative teams in developing concepts, researching new tools, and exploring innovative approaches.
  • Produce all elements of experiential projects, including :

Digital media development

  • Audio-Visual support
  • Lighting and video production
  • Unique creative concepts
  • Lead or collaborate with cross-functional project teams—including art directors, designers, copywriters, developers, and account managers—to ensure smooth execution.
  • Allocate and monitor resources to balance creative vision with technical and financial constraints.
  • Deliver projects onsite at tradeshows, meetings, and events (travel required).

    • What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years’ experience producing hybrid and live engagements for tradeshows or events.
  • Proven ability to manage diverse teams with diplomacy, keeping creative, technical, and client perspectives aligned.
  • Hands-on expertise in onsite installation and activation delivery.
  • Knowledge of digital platforms, streaming solutions, and virtual event technologies is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail—able to maintain project documentation from proposal through final reconciliation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); creative tools a plus.
  • Poise under pressure and a good sense of humor.
  • Ability to travel frequently in the U.S. and occasionally internationally.
  • Pharmaceutical experience is a bonus but not required.

    • Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years in experiential production or related fields.

    • Skills & Abilities

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong budgeting and financial management capabilities.
  • Solid problem-solving and reasoning skills.
  • Mathematical skills including basic calculations, percentages, and graph interpretation.
