Job Title : Production Assembler

Job Description

Join our team as a Production Assembler, where you will be responsible for performing repeated assemblies on handmade products before they are sent out to customers. You will work at your station using hand tools, power tools, and other necessary instruments. This role requires standing for 8-10 hours and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ideal candidates will have previous manufacturing experience utilizing hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform repeated assemblies on handmade products.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently.
• Follow work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure attention to detail in all assembly processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station.
• Participate in training and learn new positions as required.

Work Environment

Work in a dynamic manufacturing setting with 50-60 team members on the first shift. Collaborate with metal parts, including cast iron, while standing for extended periods. The workweek runs Monday through Thursday from 6 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM. Steel-toed shoes and long pants are required for safety.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Gorham, Maine.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00 / hr.
