Job Overview :

Onsite – Oconomowoc, WI

Compensation and Benefits - $110,000-$120,000K plus full suite of benefits (healthcare, dental, vision, 401K match, etc)

As a Senior Product Manager, you will assist with efforts to grow and manage product categories across key manufacturers and distributors, support a consistent product and service marketing structure, develop and provide reporting, analytics and KPI scorecards to grow and improve sales and margins for existing divisions. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Key Responsibilities :

Development of strategies to grow existing and new categories to include full scale residential exteriors.
Launch and management of existing and new categories.
Financial reporting with KPI's-
Across all distributors and category by category
Analysis of industry, market and homeowner trends.
Oversee pricing, product range management (including promotions where applicable).
Maximize sales and profitability.
Vendor / Distributor relationship and program management.
Alternative category strategy and management-
Tile, metal
Siding
Gutters
Windows
Services
Category and product training planning and development contribution as needed.

Qualifications :

10+ years of product or category management experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments.

Highly analytical with proven problem-solving skills. Duties require the analysis of numbers and facts to provide recommendations to the retail team.

Strong communication skills – both oral and written.

Highly organized with strong sense of urgency. Ability to independently handle multiple projects / tasks under the direction where duties and outcomes are established.

Quick to adapt, build relationships, and navigate new environments with ease.
