Software Tester 4

Pay rate range - $28 / hr. to $30 / hr. on W2

Work Schedule : Fully Onsite

Korean and English Bilingual

Education and Years of Experience :

1) Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Data Science, with equivalent level of work experience

2) Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the wireless industry preferred in Mobile QA or Mobile testing

Responsible for tackling mobile quality issues from various streams, including data from Carrier, VOC, Supply Chain, Customer Care, B2,B, and Network Performance.

Mainly deal with issues before / after the mobile product is launched in the market

Proficiency in speaking and writing in both English and Korean is required

Provide technical support for the client carriers' marketing and engineering personnel on issues reported from the market

Perform a stationary and field test of issue reproduction

Communicate with internal R&D, carriers, and customers for the market issue reported and follow up

Track, collect, and analyze network KPI and other quality data in case a major issue is reported

Managing master data, including creation, updates, and deletion.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and Electrical Engineering, or equivalent level of work experience

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the wireless industry preferred in Mobile QA or Mobile testing

Familiar with LTE and IMS / VoLTE Protocol

Knowledge of Android infrastructure

Familiar with Python, C++, and Java

Write / Review TCs

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract actionable insights from complex datasets. Experience with statistical modeling, machine learning, or predictive analytics is a plus.

Ability to perform root cause analysis, decision analysis and establish process mapping is a plus
