Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift ICU / IMC float position in a progressive care stepdown unit, requiring an AZ or compact license and 2 years of recent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Position covers ICU and IMC float roles in a progressive care stepdown transitional unit
  • Work setting is a hospital environment
  • Night shifts from 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM
  • 13-week assignment duration
  • Float between ICU and IMC units as needed to support patient care
  • Must complete all assignment-related documentation as required
  • Profile and skills checklist required for consideration
  • First time travelers are welcome to apply

    • Requirements

  • Active AZ or compact RN license required
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent relevant nursing experience
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (RQI certifications not accepted)
  • Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration
  • COVID vaccination card required
  • Candidates cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
  • Cannot be employed elsewhere full time
  • Permanent address must be outside a 60-mile radius from the facility
