What You’ll Do : Inspire & Lead : Drive performance and help our team succeed. Engage the Team : Promote safety, operational improvement, and excellence. Delight Customers : Ensure every customer leaves with a smile. Mentor & Coach : Develop a team of customer service stars. Stay Compliant : Follow company policies and local regulations. Manage Facilities : Keep our sites in tip-top shape. Report Performance : Update Site and District Managers regularly. Boost Efficiency : Increase car counts, reduce downtime, and minimize errors. 2 years team leadership experience in a retail / customer service-based industry Experience driving for and achieving results Membership sales experience is a plus!
