What will you be doing?

• Resolve purchase order issues : Own process of solving issues related to routing, labeling, first cost, EDI transmission issues, and UPC set-up by partnering with DC staff, Buyers, Planners, Allocators, and vendors
• Ensure inventory accuracy and integrity : Submits the Return to Vendors, communication with vendor and Allocation department, does fact finding, resolves issues by partnering with Retail Ops and ensuring communication with relevant partners
• Provide merchandising reports : Print reports on a weekly basis and update purchase orders (shipping dates, prices, etc.) based on business needs
• Manages samples and sample room : Ensure there are 1 / 2 pairs in stock and available for all shoes being ordered for the stores and that there is appropriate rotation of exiting styles for each gender
• Understand sample needs : Responsible for reviewing marketing plans to determine sample needs and execute orders for all marketing channels (i.e. stores, television, print, etc.)
• Maintain vendor relations : Follow up with and partner with vendors to ensure on-time delivery to the DCs of advertised shoe orders to support business needs
