We are seeking a  Board-Certified Primary Care Physician to join our team in Fort Morgan, CO , and help shape a growing outpatient practice embedded in a newly renovated space.

✅ Candidate Requirements

Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine – REQUIRED

Active Colorado license – Highly Preferred

Minimum 3 years of Primary Care experience – REQUIRED
