Inventory Clerk

The Inventory Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records of maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment. This role ensures that all materials required for maintenance operations are available, properly stored, and tracked. The Inventory Clerk works closely with maintenance technicians and vendors to support efficient and timely maintenance activities.

Key responsibilities include :

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming maintenance materials and supplies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software or spreadsheets.
• Issue tools, parts, and supplies to maintenance personnel as needed.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder materials to prevent shortages.
• Organize and maintain the cleanliness and order of the maintenance storeroom.
• Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Assist in preparing purchase requisitions and communicate with vendors.
• Track usage trends and provide reports to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with safety and storage regulations.
• Support audits and inspections related to inventory control.

This is a contract to hire position based out of Eastvale, California.

Pay and benefits :

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
