The Counselor III is a valuable member of our Williams Consent / ACT team who is responsible for evaluating and assessing clients. Plans and implements a treatment plan with clients on assigned caseload. Conducts individual, group, and family counseling, case management, outreach, education, monitoring, referral, linkage, follow-ups, and documentation.
