Key Responsibilities :
- Operate pressure washing equipment safely and efficiently to clean surfaces according to company standards.
- Inspect and prepare surfaces after cleaning, including removing debris and assessing any potential issues.
- Apply appropriate cleaning agents and detergents to enhance the effectiveness of the pressure washing process.
- Adjust pressure settings and nozzles as needed for different surfaces and cleaning requirements.
- Ensure thorough rinsing and cleaning to remove any residues and prevent damage.
- Maintain and clean equipment regularly to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address their needs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
- Clean and maintain public areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and elevators
- Dust and polish furniture and fixtures
- Vacuum and mop floors
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Complete necessary paperwork, including job reports and equipment maintenance logs.
