Job Description :
- Perform operational tasks such as server provisioning, upgrades, patching, changes, and testing.
- Participate in IT system implementations from requirements gathering through implementation and support transition.
- Document newly implemented or existing systems in Linux and processes according to quality, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Install and configure
- Automate Infrastructure tasks in Ansible
- Build virtual machines in Azure or AWS
- Identify and address technical or operational risks and inefficiencies with IT systems.
- Develop and maintain documentation and utilize change management processes for operational best practices and systems maintenance.
- Collaborate with project managers in the development of detailed project plans.
- Develop and execute a support transition plan for system implementations.
- Provide assistance for issues escalated from downstream support teams.
