job_description.job_card.job_descriptionAssign candidate packages to team members Monitor employee and team performance, offering coaching, training, and feedback for improvement Manages full cycle credential or privilege process for DoD contract candidates Recruits and trains new credentialing specialists Manages and maintains critical timelines Presents candidates for personal and non-personal service contract approval Coordinates interviews between DoD sites and candidates Prepares candidate Qualification, Security and Occupational Health packages Completes all employment verifications and reference checks Collect security documents, id’s, coordinate and fingerprint appointment Compile and review immunization and other health records Revise and update packages as required Provides candidate support and engagement during process Tracks dates / delays to assist with company performance metrics 3 years of experience as a medical credentialing specialist Experience as a credentialing specialist supporting the DoD or their contracts (Preferred) Experience leading a team of credentialing specialists Respect for the privacy of matters involving personal information Demonstrated collaborative and teamwork-oriented leadership style Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills Strong oral and written communication skills

Decypher is seeking a Credentialing Manager to support the Decypher Corporate operations in San Antonio, TX. This position is hybrid and does require on site attendance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leads a team of credentialing specialists supporting the processing of medical and healthcare candidates to work on Federal DoD contracts
Work with Operations Manager to prioritize credentialing packages
Collect and primary source verify credentials, education, license(s) and certifications
