About the Role

As our Director of Business Intelligence (BI) , you will own the vision and execution of our data strategy. You’ll lead a talented team, build scalable BI solutions, and ensure our partners have the insights they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with the CIO and executive team to develop and execute a BI strategy aligned with organizational goals.
Design and optimize dashboards, reporting systems, and analytics tools.
Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to define KPIs and prioritize initiatives.
Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance across all platforms.
Mentor and grow a high-performing BI team.
Translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
Stay ahead of BI trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).

8+ years in BI / Data Analytics roles, with 3+ years in leadership.

Expertise in Snowflake is required.

Proficiency with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) and strong SQL skills.

Experience with data modeling and ETL processes.

Home Services industry experience and familiarity with ServiceTitan are highly desired.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
