North Italia is hiring : Gift Cards, Licensing & Public Relations Coordinator Tem

Compensation Range $22.00 - $26.00 / Hour

This role provides support across three areas of our Marketing Department, with a primary focus on Gift Cards, and additional responsibilities in Public Relations and Licensed Products. The position will work closely with the Senior Director, Public Relations & Global Branding and the Senior Gift Card Program Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

What you’ll get to do Gift Cards (primary focus) :

Support invoice processing, tracking, approval, and reconciliation.

Manage the gift card email inbox, responding to internal (restaurants and corporate) and external inquiries.

Process internal orders to support the Corporate Support Center.

Assist with managing physical and virtual gift card inventory across programs and campaigns.

Review and update terms & conditions and FAQs for gift card campaigns.

Complete additional tasks as assigned.

Public Relations & Licensing (secondary focus) :

Clip and distribute key media placements and relevant articles.

Help coordinate logistics for media and social influencer dining visits.

Provide administrative support including notetaking, maintaining files, shipping materials, scheduling meetings, logging expenses, reconciling budgets, and creating presentations.

What we require Experience with Excel (spreadsheets, basic reporting)

Strong writing and verbal communication skills

Organizational skills

Work independently while following clear direction and established guidelines

Demonstrated attention to detail

Ability to work well cross-functionally with many stakeholders

High School diploma or equivalent

What we prefer Restaurant operations support experience

Associates degree or above

Knowledge of gift card processing
