Key Responsibilities

Provide personalized financial advice, including equity compensation planning and retirement planning, to clients

Develop and maintain trusted relationships with high-net-worth clients, guiding them through financial decisions

Shape scalable systems for delivering customized financial advice while ensuring client satisfaction and quality

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in financial advisory, wealth management, or related roles, with expertise in equity compensation

Passion for serving startup employees and executives

Proven track record in client relationship management with high-net-worth individuals

Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field; CFP designation or advanced degree is a plus

Comfortable with the dynamic nature of startup culture
