Needs to be willing to travel throughout the northeast.
Work will be outside in all elements and will be hard.
We are willing to train IF there is electrical background.
The Master Electrician will ensure that all work installed is completed in accordance with the standards set forth by the Company, and in accordance with all applicable plans, specifications, codes, and industry standards.

Plan and carry out electrical construction tasks in a team environment, making changes when necessary due to weather, supply, delivery, and personnelConduct quality control inspections on project sitesInstall electrical and solar PV systems in accordance with codes and standards using drawings, schematics and instructions.Activate solar PV systems to verify systems functionality and conformity to performance expectationsApply weather sealing to array, building or support mechanismsExamine designs to determine current requirements for all parts of the solar PV systemsInstall required labels on solar PV system components and hardwareVisually inspect and test solar PV modules or systemsBe able to appropriately diagnose malfunctions in systems, apparatus, and components using test equipment and hand tools to locate the cause of breakdown and take appropriate steps to correct the problemRegularly report project status to supervisors, site engineers and other officialsLead by example—set, monitor, and enforce the standards of safety, and exemplary quality of work set forth by the CompanyAnalyze and quickly resolve any work problems that may arise and ensures that all deficiencies on any given project are corrected in a timely mannerWork flexible hours based on changing conditionsBring a positive attitude and willingness to create a better future for yourself, your neighbors, and your communityFind joy in the work that we doQualification requirements :
High School Diploma, Equivalent, or Vocational training in a closely related fieldMinimum of 2-3 years of experience in a commercial construction settingHighly motivated, self-starter who is meticulous and takes pride in your workExcellent teamwork skills - able to foster a positive team environmentMust possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving recordPreferred Skills
PV Installation experienceMechanically inclinedJourneyman or Master ElectricianApplying
