Associate Property Manager

The Associate Property Manager will support the Manager or higher staff in handling all aspects of a single property or portfolio of commercial, industrial or retail properties including marketing, operations and financial activities. This is an onsite role, in Philadelphia, PA USA.

Responsibilities include :

  • Responding to tenant needs, ensuring that administrative and building technical staff resolve problems promptly.
  • Assisting in performing periodic regular property inspections.
  • Reviewing and recommending approvals for accurate payment of vendor invoices.
  • Responsible for assignment of Purchase Orders per CBRE Policies.
  • Assisting in coordinating tenant move-ins and move-outs.
  • Assisting in preparing and delivering timely, accurate and complete reports.
  • Participating in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • May assist in producing research data on budget line items.
  • May gather and confirm preliminary data for accounts receivable aging reports.
  • Providing informal assistance such as operational guidance and training.

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university preferred, and a minimum of one to two years of related experience and / or training.
  • Active Real Estate License is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles.
  • Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
