Scopely is seeking a Head Of Procurement & Strategic Sourcing to lead the company's sourcing strategy, with a particular emphasis on complex software and service vendor negotiations. Managing hundreds of millions of dollars in annual spend, this leader will establish and scale a world-class procurement function that maximizes commercial value, enhances operational efficiency, and supports the company's growth.

Reporting directly to the CFO, the Head of Procurement will serve as a trusted business partner across business organizations, driving cost optimization while enabling agility and innovation.

What You Will Do

• Lead strategic sourcing for the company, ensuring best-in-class pricing, terms, and flexibility
• Negotiate and structure complex commercial agreements including enterprise software licenses, and global service contracts
• Develop scalable procurement frameworks that align with Scopely's entrepreneurial culture while delivering financial discipline and transparency
• Partner closely with Finance, IT, Legal, HR, and Game Teams to ensure procurement enables business velocity without unnecessary friction
• Build, mentor, and manage a small but high-impact procurement team
• Create measurable KPIs and reporting to communicate procurement's impact on financial performance and strategic initiatives
• Establish best practices, policies, and systems for vendor management, risk mitigation, and spend visibility

Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
