A company is looking for a Wholesale Mortgage Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage loans based on estimated close dates and ensure proactive pipeline management
Follow up on suspense conditions and partner with Account Executives and Operations staff for file flow management
Assist clients with loan submissions and provide status updates throughout the loan process
Required Qualifications
3 years of recent experience as an Account Manager or Loan Processor in the mortgage industry
Experience with Non-QM, conventional, and government products and guidelines
Demonstrated skill in monitoring loan production pipelines
Experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) Encompass
Proficiency with MS Office and Internet browsers
