What would you do as a Sr. Credit Analyst

The Full-Time Sr. Credit Analyst at Texas Republic Bank plays a pivotal role in the credit analysis and loan underwriting process. You will be responsible for preparing Commitment Approval Packages (CAPs) in close collaboration with Lending Officers, Lending Assistants, and applicants, often leading on larger, more complex credit assessments.

This role involves enhancing departmental workflow, training Credit Analysts, and fostering a positive work environment. You will also spearhead formal credit training initiatives, ensuring your team stays current with underwriting trends and internal reporting standards. Furthermore, the position includes preparing monthly reports for the CEO and Directors, managing Credit Analysts in the absence of the Senior Credit Officer, and assisting with special projects to elevate the overall function of the Credit Department.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in finance or related fields and have a minimum of five years of relevant experience.
