About the Role :

The Leasing Consultant at Legend Oaks Apartments plays a pivotal role in driving occupancy and ensuring resident satisfaction within our community. This position is responsible for guiding prospective residents through the leasing process, providing detailed information about apartment features, community amenities, and leasing terms. The Leasing Consultant will serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries, tours, and lease signings, fostering positive relationships that encourage long-term residency. Additionally, this role involves collaborating with the property management team to maintain accurate leasing records and support marketing initiatives. Ultimately, the Leasing Consultant contributes directly to the financial success and reputation of Legend Oaks Apartments by delivering exceptional customer service and achieving leasing goals.

Minimum Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service, preferably within the real estate or property management industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Basic computer proficiency, including experience with property management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
